The process begins by having you consult one of our employees. We will focus on the circumstances of your request, current issues, schedule and budget. To ensure that we can work with you to produce a great idea, please share all sorts of aspects with us!

Based on information from your appointment, we will determine the general direction, any specifications, expected production contents, number of pages, and present a production plan alongside an estimate. Please take time to consider.

If you agree with the estimate and production plan, a contract will be provided. The contract will be through CloudSign. We request a start-up fee.
Production finally begins after this!Contract and Initiation Fee
CloudSign will send you a “Production Work Consignment Agreement” and “Purchase Order Form”. The agreement will be signed and concluded. The initiation fee is 50% of the estimated amount. Payment is due within 7 business days of signing the contract.

First, we create wireframes and begin designing the screens. We will ask you to prepare the images and text you would like to include on the site. If you do not have any, please consult us.

Our designers will propose the best design based on what was shared in earlier appointments. We start with the creation of the design for the top page. After checking with the client and receiving approval, we work on the surrounding pages.
We would like to ask our clients to have a vague idea of what site they would like to see
This can consist of another site you want built in image of, colors you like, or an image you like. Please let us know what you would like.

Once the top page is finalized, the web browser can be viewed as designed. Our production often uses WordPress, a Content Management System (CMS).

We will upload the content in a test environment and run trials to check the content. We check whether images and texts display correctly, and whether the site runs without any problems on major browsers and that part of the website (inquiry forms, blogs, etc.) work properly. Both the client and Appleach will check the website before it goes live.

Following these checks we will publicly release the website.

We will send an “Acceptance Form” and an invoice. Delivery will be done following the payment and signature of the “Acceptance Form”.
Important
"The Acceptance Form" will be sent through CloudSign and the invoice will be sent as a PDF file. Please sign the Acceptance Form and finish payment within 14 days after the documents are sent.
